Latest Update on Redevelopment process progress

We have recieved following from the developer M/s. Arkade and the same is been shared with our Advocate and PMC for their review and input. Once we our advocate and PMC gives us their views, we will share the same with all the members for their review and suggestions

  1. Draft MOU. ( Memorandum Of Understanding)
  2. Draft DA ( Development Agreement)
  3. Draft POA ( Power of Attorney )
  4. First cut Floor Plans.

Submission of chain of sale agreements of flats

This is specially for the members who did not submitted the chain of sale agreement and share certificate copy of their flats till now
we are going for a deemed conveyance of our society and for that government office will check the status of stamp duty of each flat. If government officer will not find your agreement in the file submitted to them for deemed conveyance, they will issue demand order for payment of stamp duty to individual flat owners at the current rate which is approximately 3 lac for 1BHK flats.
We once again request all the members to submit the chain of sale agreement to avoid such additional cost in future. Demand orders will be issued in the name of individual flat owners and society will not be able to help.

Negotiation with shortlisted Developers

Negotiation meeting with the shortlisted developers is fixed for 11/12/2022 Sunday at 10.30 am at our society office.

2-3 members from each wing can participate, hence interested members are requested to register their name at our society office as per society office timing.
