Timeline for developers to submit their duly filled tender is from 11/11/2022 to 26/11/2022 along with following

• Sealed Technical Bid.
• Sealed Commercial Bid.
• Signed and stamp copy of tender document.
• DD of EMD amount of Rs. 25 lacs

Tender for redevelopment of our society is available for the interested developer in our society office from 01/11/2022 to 11/11/2022 @ tender fee of Rs.31,000/- in the form of DD/Pay Order in favor of Nutan Ayojan Nagar CHS LTD.
