Good morning to all members
our hearing with Dist. Dy. Registrar was held on 21/06/2023.
Status is, our file is closed in our favor and we will get the final order in 10 days.
Latest Update on Redevelopment process progress
We have recieved following from the developer M/s. Arkade and the same is been shared with our Advocate and PMC for their review and input. Once we our advocate and PMC gives us their views, we will share the same with all the members for their review and suggestions
- Draft MOU. ( Memorandum Of Understanding)
- Draft DA ( Development Agreement)
- Draft POA ( Power of Attorney )
- First cut Floor Plans.
